REIN named finalist to 2019 US Insurance Awards: Insurtech Initiative of the Year

Less than a year after bringing its first platform to market, REIN is honored to be recognized as a finalist for Business Insurance’s sought-after 2019 US Insurance Awards.
REIN was recognized under the Insurtech Initiative of the Year (Underwriting & Insurance Platforms) category, alongside Liberty Mutual for our collaboration around DroneInsurance.com, a first-of-its-kind digital insurance platform strategically designed to address the unique risks and needs of commercial drone operators. Business Insurance received over 180 nominations across 15 categories, and each application was independently assessed by 60 risk managers.
Within the last 10 months of operations, REIN has added a few big wins, including our admission to Volvo Financial Services’ inaugural iLabX Accelerator, Plug and Play’s Insurtech Program, and key collaborations with DroneDeploy and AirMap around our autonomous risk platform, DroneInsurance.com.
